Accompanied by a renowned sommelier, who will elucidate the intricacies of the soil and the wine characteristics, the tasting will be complemented by an assortment of tapas that perfectly pair with the wine and elevate the overall experience.
Tour Description
We`ll start our adventure at La Cava. From this point, we`ll proceed to the designated room where this remarkable experience will unfold. Participants will receive a paper with essential information to fill out, which will prove useful later during the activity.
The sommelier will provide a comprehensive introduction to the wines, engaging attendees, and initiate the tasting of three distinct wines, each from a renowned wine-producing region.
Northwest Argentina will showcase a Torrontés, perfectly paired with Salta-style empanadas. Transitioning to the Patagonia region, a Pinot Noir will be offered alongside a mushroom crostini. Lastly, Cuyo will be highlighted by a Malbec, complemented by meat skewers.
This entire journey will be expertly guided by a sommelier, who will delve into the geographical differences and characteristics of each region's soil, impacting the winemaking process. This interactive activity invites you to complete a checklist that explores how all senses engage during wine tasting (color, aroma, etc.). Additionally, aromatherapy diffusers will be available to help you discern the diverse olfactory notes present in wines.
