Descripción del Tour:

Your journey begins in the morning at the charming neighborhood of San Telmo, one of the most historic and quintessential districts in the city.
From San Telmo, the tour proceeds to Puerto Madero, where you'll get to explore its picturesque Docks.
A short 20-minute bike ride will then bring you to the Recoleta district, home to the famed Café la Biela. Here, you'll find the statue of Jorge Luis Borges, an esteemed Argentine writer and poet known as one of the most influential literary figures of the 20th century. Special attention will be given to his poem "Sonnet of Wine", a tribute to Argentina's national beverage.
Nearby, you'll find the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. The guide will share the story of how wine was introduced to America through the influence of Catholicism.
In the Palermo neighborhood, you'll visit the Sanmartinian National Institute, where you'll hear a captivating anecdote about José de San Martin and his connection to wine.
The tour continues to the lush Palermo Forests, where stands the statue of Domingo Faustino Sarmiento. He was responsible for introducing the Malbec grape variety to Argentina and was one of the country's presidents most invested in its wine industry.
The current site of the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET) was once the home of the Giol Winery. As one of the largest wineries in the country, it was situated next to the train line that transported wine from the Mendoza Province to Buenos Aires for bottling.
