Your journey begins at 10:00 am with a pick-up service from your hotels.

From there, you'll be driven to the historic Palermo Viejo neighborhood. Here, you'll be greeted by your host, who will introduce you to the day's itinerary.

The first order of business is lighting the fire, followed by the preparation of salads and the traditional Argentinian chimichurri sauce, which will be a key accompaniment to your meal.

At approximately 11:15 am, you'll join Frank for a tour of the local square, a butcher shop where you'll learn about different beef cuts, a bakery, and a wine store. Along the way, you'll pause to appreciate the local street art. Upon returning to the host's place, you'll sample a “picada” and learn about the production of Fernet, a popular Argentinian spirit, mixed with Coca.

Before you sit down for your meal, you'll receive a demonstration and explanation of how to grill various cuts of Argentinian meat.

To conclude the lunch, you'll be treated to a dessert known as “vigilante,” a combination of cheese and a sweet jam made from either quince or sweet potato, all while enjoying some traditional Argentinian mate.

The service concludes upon the completion of your meal.
