Your journey commences around 7 a.m. at the Buenos Aires Port, where you'll board a ferry destined for Colonia del Sacramento, approximately an hour and a half later. The ferry casts off at about 8:30 a.m., offering stunning views of Buenos Aires cityscape as it recedes into the distance. All the amenities aboard the ferry are at your disposal.

Post an hour-long enchanting voyage, we will be setting foot in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay. Our initial destination here is the city's Historic District, where a local guide will lead a walking tour. As you amble along the charming cobblestone streets, the guide will share the fascinating history of this city. Highlights of this visit include the Portón de Campo, the melancholic Street of Sighs, and the iconic Lighthouse, among others.

Upon completing the guided tour of the city's Historic District, we proceed to the Mesón de la Plaza restaurant for a delightful lunch.

Post lunch, you are free to further explore the city at your own pace. Soak in the beauty of the vibrant colored houses, their captivating facades, and the quaint lanterns. Immerse yourself in the city's charm as you meander through its cobblestone streets.

The return ferry to Buenos Aires Port sets sail from the Colonia Port at 6:00 p.m., requiring you to reach the Colonia Port an hour and a half prior.

Once aboard, we journey back to Buenos Aires, arriving roughly an hour later. This marks the conclusion of your full-day exploration of Colonia del Sacramento.
