Bike Tour Through Tigre And San Isidro

Take a stroll to El Tigre and its Delta to explore the northern region of Buenos Aires by foot and bicycle through one of the province's most picturesque areas. We will also explore San Isidro and its historic center.

During this full-day adventure, most segments will be covered by bicycle, but you will also travel by train and boat, accompanied by guides who will share insights into the history and culture of this stunning region.

Begin your adventure in San Telmo, located at Pasaje Giuffra 308. This neighborhood is among the oldest and most iconic in the city, celebrated for its well-preserved colonial architecture.

The journey kicks off at 9:15am, heading towards the train station in the Retiro neighborhood to reach San Isidro station.

Upon arriving at the Partido de San Isidro, explore its historic district and renowned Cathedral, situated opposite Plaza Mitre, commonly referred to as "Plaza de San Isidro." Additionally, the area boasts stately-style mansions dating back to the 19th century.

The tour proceeds with a visit to the town of San Fernando and its impressive Cathedral.

In Tigre, discover the traditional shopping destination “Puerto de Frutos”, where participants will have 50 minutes of free time for lunch.

The journey continues at the port of Tigre, where you'll embark on a one-hour boat ride to explore the rivers, canals, and islands forming the unique ecosystem of the Paraná Delta, a convergence point between Mesopotamia and the humid pampas. After the boat excursion, we'll resume the bike tour to explore the traditional Paseo Victorica, the Tigre Art Museum, and the Sarmiento Museum.

The tour includes approximately 10 stops, where the stories and themes of each attraction are shared in an engaging and interactive manner with participants.

Concluding this activity, we'll return to Pasaje Giuffra 308, marking the end of this guided bike tour.
