You will be picked up from your hotel by a comfortable bus as we journey along Costanera Avenue, offering some of the most stunning views of the Río de la Plata. Our first destination is San Isidro City, where our guides will lead you to the remarkable San Isidro Cathedral and the renowned mansions once inhabited by noble families. Afterward, we will board the bus to continue our journey to Tigre.
In Tigre, enjoy a 40-minute boat ride through the Delta. Relish in the picturesque views of the rivers and streams, forming numerous islands. You'll have the chance to see the Museum-House of ex-president Sarmiento and observe the local lifestyle, including how residents navigate the floating life with boats as cars, aquatic taxis, and uniquely designed houses.
Following the boat excursion, you will be transported to the port to board the bus and return to Buenos Aires city.
But the day isn't over yet! You'll have the afternoon free to prepare for an authentic Buenos Aires evening experience.
At around 8 pm, we will pick you up from your hotel and head to the historic streets of San Telmo, the oldest neighborhood in Buenos Aires and the birthplace of tango. We will arrive at a historic conventillo, now a restored theater-restaurant, to enjoy an unforgettable night at La Ventana.
Sit back at your table and savor a delectable dinner. The menu features exquisite gourmet dishes from both national and international cuisines, offering a variety of choices (menu detailed at the end of the page).
The tango show commences at 10 pm. Experience live music performed by prestigious tango orchestras, along with a group showcasing Argentine folk music. Four couples will grace the stage, captivating you with their precision and sensuality.
The performance also includes live indigenous music and an enlightening presentation of boleros, used by gauchos in cattle herding.
To wrap up this special evening, La Ventana presents a heartfelt tribute to Eva Perón with a rendition from the acclaimed musical. It's a memorable moment you won't want to miss.
After the show concludes around midnight, we will arrange transport back to your selected hotels.
