Day 1. Arrival in Buenos Aires
Depending on your flight schedule, a driver will greet us at the airport to escort us to our hotel situated in the heart of Buenos Aires. After checking in, the remainder of the day is free for us to explore the vibrant city at our own pace.
Day 2. City and Tango Show
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. At 9 AM, you'll be picked up from your centrally located hotel.
Our city tour offers a comprehensive exploration of Buenos Aires. You'll travel by bus through neighborhoods like Recoleta, the Bosques de Palermo, downtown, San Telmo, La Boca, and Puerto Madero. Key landmarks such as the Teatro Colón, El Obelisco, La Plaza de Mayo, and Caminito will be highlighted during the tour.
In the evening, between 8 and 8:30 PM, you'll be collected from your chosen hotels to savor a delightful dinner paired with an unforgettable tango show at El Querandí, one of the most renowned tango venues in the San Telmo area. We will return to our selected hotels around midnight.
Day 3. Sailing to Tigre
A comfortable bus will pick you up from your hotel to take you to Tigre, where you'll board a catamaran for a 40-minute cruise through the Delta. As you sail, you'll witness rivers and streams interweaving to form numerous islands, and observe the local lifestyle, including interactions with floating services like boats, rafts, and water taxis.
After the cruise, you'll return to the port and reboard the bus for your journey back to Buenos Aires.
Day 4. Arrival in Mendoza
After breakfast at the hotel, we will be picked up and taken to the airport to catch our flight to Mendoza. Upon arrival, a driver will be waiting at Mendoza Airport to transport us to our centrally located hotel.
Day 5. High Mountain
Following breakfast at the hotel, we will set out early to travel along the Mendoza River. Our first stop is the pre-Hispanic settlement of Uspallata, the southernmost point of the Inca Empire. We'll pass through several towns before reaching the Los Penitentes ski resort, where you can enjoy the cable car and breathtaking views.
We'll continue to the viewpoint of Cerro Aconcagua, and finally visit the town of Las Cuevas. Between Las Cuevas and the international tunnel lies the path to the “Christ the Redeemer” statue, symbolizing the unity between Argentines and Chileans, located at 4,200 meters above sea level. After this visit, we will return to our selected hotels in Mendoza.
Day 6.Visit to Wineries
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. You will have the morning free to explore Mendoza city, and then we will be picked up to tour the vineyards in the Luján de Cuyo and Maipú areas. Here, we will learn about winemaking processes, from production to bottling and labeling. A small tasting of these exquisite wines will accompany the tour. We will also visit an olive oil farm to observe the production process and enjoy a tasting session.
Day 7. Arrival in Santiago de Chile
After breakfast at the hotel, a driver will transport us to Mendoza Airport for our flight to Santiago. Upon arrival, we will be picked up at Santiago Airport and taken to our chosen hotel. The rest of the day is free for city exploration.
Day 8. City Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, we will be picked up at 9 AM for a city tour of Santiago de Chile, highlighting its most significant historical, commercial, and residential areas.
When booking, you can choose either a tour of Santiago de Chile or a special tour that includes a guided visit to Santa Lucia Hill.
The tour includes a panoramic view of the Government Palace "La Moneda", the historic Plaza de Armas, Santa Lucía Hill, the Cathedral, the Central Post Office, City Hall, and the bohemian Bellavista neighborhood, among others.
This excursion is perfect for discovering the city's highlights.
Day 9. Viña del Mar and Valparaiso
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart at 9 AM for Valparaíso, where you'll be captivated by its captivating landscapes and cliffside houses. We will visit various important sites and stop in Reñaca for lunch (not included). Our journey will continue to Viña del Mar, visiting Quinta Vergara, Carrasco Palace, and the Flower Clock among other attractions. After the visit, we will head back to our selected hotels in Santiago.
Day 10. Arrival in Rio de Janeiro
Our transportation will take you to Santiago de Chile Airport for your flight to Rio. Upon arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel, where you can check in and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.
Day 11. Corcovado and Sugar Loaf
The tour starts with a hotel pick-up to head towards the iconic Corcovado Hill, home to the magnificent Christ the Redeemer statue, standing 710 meters high. Surrounded by the lush Tijuca Forest National Park, the largest urban forest in the world, this site offers an awe-inspiring experience.
From the hilltop, a breathtaking panoramic view unfolds, spanning the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, the northern cityscape, and several beaches. We will then proceed to an external visit of the legendary Maracanã stadium.
The tour continues with a visit to Carnival Avenue, the Sambadrome, and the Plaza de la Apotheosis.
Refuel with a delicious lunch at a traditional steakhouse before heading to the stunning Sugar Loaf mountain, rising 395 meters above sea level in Guanabara Bay. Ascend in a glass cable car to enjoy a 360° view of Copacabana, Urca, Botafogo, Flamengo, and the surrounding areas.
The day concludes with a visit to the city's charming Historic Center, the majestic Metropolitan Cathedral, the iconic Selarón Staircase, and a glimpse of the Arcos da Lapa.
After an eventful day, we will return you to your hotel, where you can relax and reflect on this unforgettable experience.
Day 12. Boat Tour of Guanabara Bay
Departing from the hotel, we will head to Marina da Glória to board a sloop for a scenic tour of Guanabara Bay, lasting approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. From the Bay, you'll admire the Museum of Tomorrow (Museu do Amanhã), designed by acclaimed Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava.
As the tour progresses and passes beneath the Rio – Niteroi bridge, you'll view the Santa Teresa neighborhood, the Santos Dumont airport, and three forts constructed to defend the city: São João Fort, Lajes Fort, and Santa Cruz Fort. Across the bridge lies Niteroi, offering one of the best views of Rio de Janeiro.
Note: Pick-up and drop-off are not included; passengers should meet at Marina da Gloria.
Day 13. Farewell to Rio
Based on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to the airport to continue your journey or return home.
