Predicted Itinerary:
Day 1 - Arrival in Buenos Aires:
Upon your arrival in Buenos Aires, as per your flight schedule, a driver will be waiting for you at the disembarkation area holding a sign with your name. They will ensure a swift and safe transfer to your hotel located in the heart of Buenos Aires. After check-in, the remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure.
Day 2 - Walking Tour and Tango Show:
The morning kicks off with a walking tour of the city. At 10 am, we depart from our offices to explore some of the most beautiful and intriguing spots. This tour involves walking and using public transportation to thoroughly explore Centro, San Telmo, La Boca, and Recoleta, concluding around 4:30 p.m. It's the perfect opportunity to take photos and discover areas beyond the usual tourist paths.
In the evening, between 8 and 8:30 p.m., we will collect you from your hotel to relish a delightful dinner along with an unforgettable Tango Show at El Querandí, a renowned tanguería in the San Telmo neighborhood. You will enjoy a three-course gourmet meal featuring a variety of traditional dishes and regional wines, followed by a captivating show that traces the history of Tango with diverse dance pairs and vocalists. Around midnight, you will be returned to your hotel.
Day 3 - Navigating the Tigre:
The tour starts at the boat terminal in the upscale neighborhood of Puerto Madero, where you will meet your guide at 09:45 a.m. From there, you will sail through the Rio de la Plata and the Delta to appreciate stunning city views. In Tigre, enjoy a bus tour highlighting main attractions, followed by a walking tour of the famous Puerto de Frutos market. Finally, return to Buenos Aires via train to the Retiro station, where the tour concludes.
Day 4 - Arrival in Ushuaia:
Our transportation service will escort you to the airport for your flight. Upon arrival in Ushuaia, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in and have the rest of the day free to explore at your leisure.
Day 5 - Tierra del Fuego National Park:
You'll be picked up from your hotel and taken to Tierra del Fuego National Park, situated 11 km from the city. Here, you can marvel at lakes, lagoons, and rivers, and the exit towards the Beagle Channel.
From Ensenada Bay, observe the Redonda and Estorbo islands, the Beagle Channel coast, and the snowy peaks of the Sampaio mountain range (Chile). Head to Lake Roca for a scenic walk along its shores and the Lapataia River, passing by the Green Lagoon and the Black Lagoon. Arrive at the End of the World Station and board the train for a fascinating 7 km journey, retracing the path taken by prisoners a century ago.
Day 6 - Beagle Channel Navigation:
Depart from your hotel to the tourist port to board our vessel. The tour heads to the center of the Beagle Channel, moving southwest to the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, located in its namesake archipelago. On one of these islands, remnants of the Monte Cervantes shipwreck from 1930 are visible. Continuing to Los Lobos Island, you’ll observe these intriguing marine mammals and silently navigate around the island for about 20 minutes, enjoying their natural habitat. The catamaran will then proceed to Los Pájaros Island to witness Carmorans, Magellanic penguins, and the Imperial Cormorants, along with Albatrosses, Fullman Petrels, Giant Petrels, Squas, and numerous seabird species.
Later, sailing through Paso Chico, we return to Ushuaia, admiring the stunning backdrop provided by Monte Martial and its glacier.
Day 7 - Arrival in Calafate:
In line with your flight schedule, a driver will pick you up from your hotel to take you to the airport for your flight. Upon arrival in El Calafate, you’ll be transferred to your hotel for check-in, with the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 8 - Perito Moreno and Nautical Safari:
Pick up from the hotels at 9 a.m. to journey along the picturesque Route 11, skirting the main body of Lake Argentino en route to Los Glaciares National Park.
Upon arrival at the park, we proceed to the Curva de los Suspiros for our first look at the Perito Moreno Glacier. We then pause at the Under Shadows Pier for a boat ride to the glacier's southern wall. Next, we head to the glacier's walkways, offering breathtaking views from various balconies at different altitudes. Return to El Calafate in the afternoon.
Day 9 - Free Day:
Today, consider a glacier navigation tour to learn more about these natural wonders, or join the Estancia Cristina tour, which includes boat rides to view additional glaciers.
Day 10 - Arrival at Iguazú and Brazilian Falls:
Your transport will get you to the airport for your flight to Puerto Iguazú. Upon arrival, you’ll be received and taken to your hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, embark on an excursion to see the Waterfalls on the Brazilian side.
The Parque Nacional do Iguassu (Brazilian side) encompasses 185,000 hectares. The walkway path extends 1,200 meters along the Iguazú River gorge, providing a panoramic view of the Argentine waterfalls, perfect for capturing stunning photos. The route ends at the lower viewpoint of Devil’s Throat, approximately 200 meters away, where the scenery is enhanced by the constant formation of rainbows.
Day 11 - Argentine Falls:
Early morning transfers from the hotels lead to the Argentine side of the park. After crossing the access portal, proceed to the “Estación Central”, where you can opt for a train to the “Estación Cataratas” or “Devil’s Throat Station”. Alternatively, access the Waterfall Circuits (Upper and Lower Walk) via the Pedestrian Path “Sendero Verde”, a 600-meter trail starting at the Visitor Service Center and ending at Cataratas Station.
Day 12 - Arrival in Rio de Janeiro:
Depending on your choice, your transport will take you to either Puerto Iguazú or Foz de Iguassu airport for your flight to Rio. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel for check-in, with the rest of the day yours to enjoy.
Day 13 - Corcovado and Sugar Loaf:
Our tour begins with hotel pickup, heading to the iconic Corcovado Hill, home to the impressive Christ the Redeemer statue, standing 710 meters above sea level. Beyond this iconic sight, revel in the surrounding nature within the Tijuca Forest National Park, the largest urban forest in the world.
From the hilltop, enjoy a panoramic view encompassing the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, the city’s north, and several beaches. We then proceed to the legendary Maracanã stadium for an external visit to admire its grandeur.
Our tour continues with a stop at the famous Carnival Avenue, the Sambódromo, and a visit to Apotheosis Square.
Recharge with a delicious lunch at a traditional steakhouse before heading to the remarkable Sugarloaf Mountain, 395 meters above sea level, in the midst of Guanabara Bay. Ascend in a glass cable car for a 360° view of Copacabana, Urca, Botafogo, Flamengo, and their surroundings.
Finally, explore the charming Historic Center of the city, stopping at the majestic Metropolitan Cathedral, the famous Selarón Steps, and passing by the iconic Arcos da Lapa.
After a day packed with activities and discoveries, return to your hotel to relax and reminisce about this unforgettable experience.
Day 14 - Guanabara Bay Boat Tour
Departing from the hotel, we head to Marina da Glória to board the sloop for a tour of Guanabara Bay (lasting approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes). From the Bay, view the Museum of Tomorrow (Museu do Amanhã), designed by renowned Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava.
Continuing under the Rio-Niteroi bridge, you’ll see the Santa Teresa neighborhood, Santos Dumont airport, and the three forts built to protect the city: Fort São João, Fort Lajes, and Fort of Holy Strong Cross. Encounter Niteroi city on the opposite side of the bridge, offering one of the best views of Rio de Janeiro.
Day 15 - Farewell to Rio:
Based on your flight itinerary, you will be transported to the airport, either to continue your journey or return home.
