These paths offer various viewpoints of the glacier, allowing for an extraordinary natural spectacle.
For lunch, the Park provides a service area equipped with a restaurant and snack bar.
Afterward, you'll embark on a one-hour boat tour across Lago Rico, offering views of icebergs from the Perito Moreno glacier's ice walls.
The boat will navigate to a safe distance from the glacier wall, traversing its entire length, allowing for a close-up view of Perito Moreno Glacier's stunning ice formations.
After returning to El Calafate, the evening is yours to enjoy freely.
Day 4
All Glaciers
Post-breakfast, you'll be picked up from your hotel and driven to Puerto Punta Bandera, 47 km from El Calafate, where the excursion begins.
Once at the port, you'll board our comfortable boats to navigate the North Arm of Lake Argentino, crossing Boca del Diablo and heading towards the Upsala Canal. You'll experience the unique sensation of sailing among large icebergs calved from the Upsala Glacier.
Next, you'll journey to the Canal Spegazzini, offering unique views of remarkable hanging glaciers like Dry Glacier, Heim Glacier South, and Peineta Glacier, all leading to the magnificent Spegazzini Glacier. The grandest glacier awaits, towering over 135 meters.
To enhance this experience, you'll disembark at Base Spegazzini, directly in front of the glacier, where the modern Refugio Spegazzini offers all necessary services and stunning panoramic views. You can indulge in regional menus to suit all tastes.
After this free time, the excursion concludes back at the port, from where you'll return to El Calafate.
