Day 1 - Arrival in Buenos Aires:
Upon landing in Buenos Aires, a designated driver will meet you at the disembarkation area, clearly displaying a sign with your name. This ensures a smooth and secure transfer to your centrally located hotel in Buenos Aires. After checking in, you have the remainder of the day at your leisure.
Day 2 - Walking Tour and Tango Show:
Start your day with a captivating city walk. At 10 a.m., depart from our offices to discover Buenos Aires' most stunning and intriguing spots. This walking tour, combined with public transport, covers thorough visits to Centro, San Telmo, La Boca, and Recoleta, concluding around 4:30 p.m. It's the perfect opportunity to capture photos and explore areas off the beaten tourist path. In the evening, between 8 and 8:30 p.m., we will pick you up from your hotel for a delightful dinner accompanied by a memorable Tango Show at El Querandí, a renowned tango venue in San Telmo. Enjoy a gourmet three-course meal featuring traditional dishes and regional wines. Witness an exceptional show that narrates the history of Tango through dance and song. By midnight, you'll be returned to your hotel.
Day 3 - Sailing the Tigre:
Your adventure begins at the boat terminal in Puerto Madero's upscale district, where you'll meet your guide at 09:45 a.m. Embark on a cruise along the Río de la Plata and the Delta, offering spectacular views of the city. Upon reaching Tigre, a bus tour will showcase the main attractions. Next, explore the famous Puerto de Frutos market on foot. Conclude your day with a train ride back to Buenos Aires, arriving at the Retiro station where the tour ends.
Day 4 - Free Day:
This day is yours to enjoy as you wish, whether you decide to explore more of the city or relax at your hotel.
Day 5 - Arrival in Lima:
A driver will collect you from your Buenos Aires hotel and transfer you to Ezeiza Airport for your flight. Upon your arrival in Lima, another driver will be ready to take you to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure, with an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 - City Tour and Visit to the Larco Museum:
Your day begins with a pickup from your hotel, leading to a tour of Lima starting at the remarkable Larco Museum in the Pueblo Libre district. This museum boasts an impressive collection of over 5000 pre-Hispanic ceramic pieces, along with gold and silver artifacts, and pre-Columbian erotic art. As you walk through its stunning halls, you'll learn about Peru's ancient civilizations. The tour continues to Lima's historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1988, where you'll find picturesque squares, colonial mansions, and rich history. Visit the Casa de Aliaga, a colonial mansion from 1536, still inhabited by descendants of its original Spanish conquistador owner. Explore the Plaza de Armas, the founding site of Lima in 1535 and the place where Peru's independence was declared in 1821. Enjoy panoramic views of historical buildings like the Government Palace, the Archbishop's Palace, and the Municipal Palace. Visit the Lima Cathedral, a Cultural Heritage of Humanity site from the 16th century. After the tour, you'll return to your hotel.
Day 7 - Arrival in Cusco:
A driver will transfer you from your Lima hotel to the airport. Upon arrival in Cusco, transportation will be ready to take you to your hotel. After checking in, you have the rest of the day to yourself.
Day 8 - City Tour and Surrounding Ruins Exploration:
Begin with a hotel pickup, leading to the Temple of Coricancha, also known as the Golden Temple for its rich gold history. This site exemplifies the fusion of Inca and Spanish cultures, as the Spanish built the Church and Convent of Santo Domingo on the Inca temple's foundations.
Next, visit the Cusco Cathedral in the Plaza de Armas, showcasing stunning religious art from the Cusqueña School. This cathedral is both a Cultural Heritage of Humanity site and a Historical Monument of Peru.
Continue to Sacsayhuaman, a magnificent Inca fortress with perfectly fitting carved stones, built by over 20,000 men over approximately 70 years. Located 2 kilometers from Cusco's center, it offers incredible landscapes and is home to llamas and hawks.
Explore Qenqo, a religious center for worshiping gods like the sun and moon. Highlights include underground galleries and a semicircular amphitheater.
Proceed to the military complex of Puca Pucará, meaning "Red Fortress" in Spanish due to its reddish structure. Finally, visit the water worship center of Tambomachay, featuring aqueducts and waterfalls from nearby springs, showcasing the Incas' advanced engineering skills.
After the tour, you'll return to your Cusco hotel. Spend the rest of the afternoon at your leisure and overnight in a hotel.
Day 9 - Machu Picchu by Vistadome Train:
Transfer to the train station for a journey on the Vistadome train to Aguas Calientes. During the ride, you'll see the suspension bridge marking the start of the Inca Trail. The route follows the Urubamba River, descending into a canyon until reaching Aguas Calientes, situated at the base of Machu Picchu. Board minibuses to ascend to the Sacred Citadel of the Incas, Machu Picchu. Explore its terraces, passageways, temples, the sundial or Intihuatana, and other sacred sites. In the afternoon, descend to the town for the return train trip, arriving at the station and returning to your hotel.
Day 10 - Pisac Market, Ollantaytambo Fortress, and Chinchero:
Depart from your Cusco hotel at 7:30 a.m. for a journey along a 30 km road to Pisac. Discover a vibrant market and an archaeological center with temples and stone buildings, offering splendid valley views and terraces. Continue to Urubamba for a buffet lunch, then proceed to Ollantaytambo to explore its temple, a former Inca army headquarters, and religious and agricultural center. Enjoy stunning valley views and impressive terraces with advanced irrigation systems. Lastly, visit Chinchero and its colorful market, featuring ceramics and typical Andean textiles. Return to your Cusco hotel around 6:30 p.m.
Day 11 - Farewell to Cusco:
Depending on your travel plans, you'll be transferred to the bus station or airport to continue your journey or return home.
